Hoping this baby Australorp is Alice and not Albert

Sooooo cute! And I'm so hopeful for an Australorp named Alice. What do you think? These photos are awful, and this is a teensy baby at this point, but maybe some of you Australorp experts will notice something that suggests one gender or another.

Australorps are not easily sexed as day old chicks, but should be easier to tell once they get around 4 weeks and as late as 8 weeks.

Agree...too early to tell. Australorps don't have color or feature differences between the sexes at this age.
