Hoping to have my chickens

soon!! Just went to the town to find out the local law, needless to say its not good

The requirements here in Wanaque n.j. are that one must have at lest 2acres of land, no more that 10 chickens per 2 acres!!!! This is not sitting with me to well. I hope to get a variance application to have chickens and it gets approved.

I won the fight and now I am happy with my chickens!

Well placed a call today to the town building inspector whom i found out does many more jobs....the short of it, sounds like he would like to do it without a variance hearing...i guess cut right to the short of it...i have to contact him a week from today
