Sorry that your chicken is not doing well. You can still get a few antibiotics online for pigeons or fish, but it takes a week or so. This time of year with holiday shopping, it could be longer. Enrofloxacin is prohibited in chickens by the FDA, due to developing antibiotic resistance to the organism campylobacter, a common bacteria found in chickens and a common source of food poisoning. That said, most vets will not prescribe it, but you can get it here below for pigeons. Not sure about shipping to Canada, however. Dosage is 10 mg per kilogram or every 2.2 pounds of weight given orally twice a day for 5 days. There is a long egg and meat withdrawal time.
