Horizontal Nipples vs. Vertical Nipples

Can't wait to touch and try them...
...got a shipping notice 3 hrs after ordering,
says it'll be here between 6-21 and 6-28

Well, they got here yesterday and they look good.
Nipple thread looks identical and came with excellent instructions.
Extension is nice sturdy plastic and thread-in feels pretty good.
Rubber gasket has a nice balance between firm and soft.
Time will tell how well they install into a cooler, still haven't really looked for one.

I'll post here.
Not sure when it'll happen, I can't find the drinks cooler I had in mind.
Either it's buried where I haven't looked yet, or it's gone...been years since I used it.
Thinking tho, probably need a cooler that is pretty large in diameter, or has flat sides, for the extension to seal well.

I will do it when the temps cool off... lol... if they ever do! We're still in the 90's

Nope, I never put them into a cooler.
I looked around here , thought I had one I could use one, nope.
Looked taht local dollar store and didn't find one that would work....so nope.

Ok thanks. I've considered the Brite tap (https://www.chickenwaterer.com/BriteTap-Chicken-Poultry-Waterer-p/upc-858728004141.htm) as well.

Went ahead and ordered a pack of regular horizontal nipples
