Horrible experience with first incubator run.

I've been adding containers of water to my bator to get the humidity up. I haven't gotten it past 55 yet.

Mine said something about a 30 minute reading also, but I have a food thermometer in through one of the holes this time. I stuck it in there last time and thought it was wrong because it was reading different from the one I was going by. I calibrated it this time and it has the same reading as the digital, so I trust the digital.
