This is Icy, what breed would you say she was? i was thinking Dartmoor, but

She looks more like a New Forest Pony to me. There is enough of her legs showing to make a reasonably good guess.

I think Dartmoors are more "coarse" in their features. New Forest and Exmoor sounds close!
