This is the thread for all of you horse owners and horse lovers out there! You don't have
to own a horse to join, just read a few simple rules and jump right in!

1. Be nice to everyone. That's an order.

2. If someone asks for advice/tips on something give it to them.

3. Keep the topic about horses only. No irrelevant discussion.

4. Again, BE NICE. Don't go jumping down anyone's throat about something, it can be hurtful.

5. Have fun. That's an order too.

I'm a horse lover too I grew up on a ranch, and when I was younger, I loved showjumping. I would always compete in competitions.
Now, I also jump, and I barrel race. I mainly ride western and bareback.



Also, I own 3 horses (that are mine).

Welcome! I ride bareback mostly, but sometimes western. I have a paint quarter horse/Arab mix.

He's cute! I can't seem to upload a few pictures right now, but I have a black Irish Sporthorse, a buckskin QuarterHorse (I mainly ride him), and a Appaloosia. They're all very friendly and have very unique personalities.

What's your favorite color horse? Mine would have to be buckskin, or black.

I love appaloosas! My favorite horse colors are the black and white blanketed appaloosa and pure white horses with blue eyes. ^-^

I have miniatures. All are class A sized and all double registered. All come from outstanding bloodlines with one of my studs being a last born son of a world famous sire.

My favorite colors are...
Bay, buckskin, brindle, and gurlla. I also love anything roaned. I also like a nice black, bay, buckskin leopard appy too and of course a big blanked appy in them colors too. However its got to be on a mini horse

I own 8 minis here...
1 bay stud
1 smutty bucks in roan stud
1 bay weanling filly
1 bay mare
1 bay roan mare
1 buckckin mare
1 buckskin roan mare
And
1 smokey silver black (silver dapple) mare

This is my boy Houston. He's 5 years old. His racing career brought him into the winning circle 3 times...4 second places and 3 4th places. We've changed our riding discipline to Western and are both happy. Houston has such an awesome personality that he would sit on your lap if he could.
