Cinnamon has runny manure again... last time it was from worms I guess, but working is still two months away this time!

Okay so I have some news. I went to the rescue that I got Phoenix from today, and originally I was going to look at that bay mustang mare, but it turns out a different horse picked me. So I'll be trading in Phoenix tomorrow, and I'll probably cry, but it's for the best, and I think this horse will get along well with June. She's a very sweet, gentle, 7 year old Missouri Fox Trotter mare, she's 15 hands and broke to ride, but she's trained really weird. She is voice command only and hard to turn, they think she was a show horse. She's is so beautiful and sooo skinny. And she picks up one foot and will hold up, I'll have to figure out why and what the command is for it, but it's cute. I'm pretty sad and excited right now, all mixed together.

She's beautiful! I almost feel like her coat would have a metallic shimmer to it in the sun!

She's not lame, she does it with both feet, it's looking like a nervous habit. She was calm today and didn't do it until June started racing back and forth through the pasture. And she is very shimmery! We looked closer at her skin/eyes/coat color, and becuase of the shimmery coat, hazel eyes, and pink skin with lots and lots of freckles, we think she's actually gold champagne!
And yeah, I'm excited about June too! I'm really itching to ride her again but everyone's all worked up on account of the new horse so I gotta wait for them to calm down and get use to each other.
Oh, and we're trying to think of a name. Her current name is stardust but me and my sister aren't really a fan of that, my pick is Penelope, my sisters pick is Jenny, and we both hate what the other has picked out! Lol

She probably is a gold champagne. I had a traditional champagne QH that was a darker, dusty color. Also, I love the name Penelope!

I would say she is, especially since she's got pink skin, that means she's definitely not palomino! And I do too! But I told my sister she could help me name her.. Why did I do that? Lol

What about Autumn, April (and June!), Ricochet (my favourite horse name ever!), Dahlia, Molly, Shimmer, Summer, Winter, Spring, Avalanche, or Blizzard for names.
Also if you want, look at those baby name websites. They have really cool names for pets (even though they're for babies).

Thanks for the suggestions! I've been looking at some websites, I'm still trying to talk her into Penelope lol I told her she could call her penny and that sounds like Jenny!
I let her out to pasture last night too and she was pretty excited. Her and June seem to be getting along good so far. And I cantered a tiny bit on June again yesterday. I'm still pretty nervous about it, mostly becuase I'm not good at staying the saddle and not bouncing yet.

Also, June's getting REALLY fat, so I'm gonna have to do something about that
