A while, she looks goofy in the after picture! It made her hair all fluffy and stand up.
And good job with his ears! I started working with a mare for someone and she's really head shy so I understand your struggle

thanks guys. So, I picked up some nice sized tree limbs and I'm going to try and get him to walk/trot over them. Thought it might be somthing fun to do and if he enjoys it, I might just make some low jumps. For our next session, depending on how things go, I plan to introduce the rope as a bit, some "ground poles" and dsensitizing with randmon things like plastic bags.

She's beautiful - my daughter abbie is also training her own horse. She's too young to do it for 4h yet... she's 5, so she can do chickens and bunnies for 3 more years.

Her's is a pony though.

We got him, untrained, and had him ridable in a week. She does natural horseman ship, but he lives on our property, so they go out for at least an hour every day to work on him. (Her and her dad.)

wait... your daughter is 5?! Or did I misunderstand that? I'm mid teens and feel like I'm too young to train a horse :gig
