On average its $60 like TheDawg said, that's what my barn charges and everyone else in the area does too. I'm in FL. You will find the odd place that will do like $50/$45 depending on what they do, but a lot of areas/places go well beyond 60. My boss's daughter was looking into riding again, and she's in the Denver area, and told my boss that most intro lessons over there are nearly $100! Lesson prices have jumped in the recent years because our hay prices have skyrocketed. Was just wondering how much are lessons on average over the pond for you guys?
Those are so cute! I love the mini one!
Me too! Those are so cute! I love the mini one!
its like 60 to 80 for group lessons and 100+ for private around here ;w;I think average is about $60 for an hour for private? Some areas it’s only $40-$50 or even less and some areas it can be like $100 or $120. In my area it’s usually $75-$80 for 1hr private with some places being closer to $100.

So adorable!!! OMG.Everyone say hi to Spice! Thought I'd share a photo of the adorable little Morgan mare that came to our barn last week.
One of the girls at the barn is her new owner. I'm currently working with Spice to help her settle into her new home, as she's quite anxious, and then to help give her a refresher in training, as we think they didn't do much with her for a while at her old place. Spice's owner is still fairly young so I'm helping her out in that manner.
Spice herself is a well trained horse, so right now we have no worries about running into problems with her, if anyone is curious. Nothing a little schooling and allowing her to settle won't fix.
Also, disregard the mess of her stall (this was last Saturday). It's cleaned every day, I had just gotten there late and didn't get to it before my lessons came.

And since I'm sharing pictures, I wanted to point out the goofball of the mare that is Ginger. Last night I was cleaning her stall after my lessons and she did a funny habit she's picked up: she'll stand sideways in the cross ties so she can watch for me while I do her stall! I love her lol. I found it funny she likes to do this.
