To be fair there are snobs in every equestrian sport, dressage is a lot of work. Take it from me. I’ve been doing this for 3 years and I’m only just getting into 2nd level

Sorry! Lol you all are awesome! Just seems fancier or more expensive than other sports hah and oh wow! How many levels are there?

Dressage is super fun, especially when you start doing the advanced movements

Yeah it is! I’m only doing shoulder ins and leg yeilds but I’m moving up onto a bigger horse that can do more soon

I had someone ask me once if I do dressage because it’s easy. I was so offended lol. No equestrian sport is easy they are just difficult in their own ways. The purpose of dressage is to make it look easy.

1. Prelim which is what I’ve been doing for the last 3 years (I’m not sure if it’s known as something else in other countries)
2. Novice which is the test I was supposed to do yesterday but it got rained out and the river near us is flooded again.
3. Elementary
4. Medium
5. Advanced
6. Prix st George
7. Inter 1
8. Inter 2
9.inter 3
10. Grand prix (this is Olympic level but you have to qualify for the olympics)

I could be wrong on the Inters because they confuse me but you get the jist.
