Horses!!!!!!!!

I need help., ok so at the stable I'm going to, I asked the lady if I can socialize one of the fillies, she said yes. So I go 2days a week, but the foals are in contact with other foals and mares, and people, but she's not tame tame. I have been hand feeding her grass, and sweet talking her.. Last Friday we graduated on to me touching under her chin. Today we moved on to all that + a lead rope on the ground for her to smell, and she started eating it, good sign. She is now sniffing faces and palms. She started licking me today. I've only been doing this for 3 Wednesdays and2-3 Fridays. I didn't realy see improvement but 2 of the lady's one that's owns the herd and a lady who has 2 mare on the property, said they seen a huge improvement on how spook able she was. I want to take the next step but this is my first time "training" a foal. So what all are the steps? We have been working on eating grass out of my hand, me talking to her while eating the grass, petting punder chin, and she ate oats out of my hand to day, she started sniffing pockets and faces today along with more of HER touching my palm. We started putting a lead rope down for her to sniff and be a foal around it, more petting of the head. Still slow movements. What should the next step be?, lead rope on her back or me moving it around her with it touching her?....,..., or what I want to take it slow not to slow but not to fast. I work with her for 15-30 minutes some times more.
This is her( I need a better photo....

What are their goals for her? Are they just wanting a pet? In which case halter training and leading would be the next steps. Or are they wanting a driving pony? Which might call for an experienced trainer down the road.

But you've made a good beginning getting her used to unfamiliar things. Continue with that using a horse brush, comb, hoof pick etc. You don't have to actually pick hooves, but touching it to her hoof and getting her to lift a hoof are the starter steps for when she needs her hoof picked.

I once trained a really nasty llama to put her nose in the halter by putting the feed pan under the halter so she had to put her nose through the noseband of the halter to get the treat. Took a month before I could get that halter done up though! But horses are smarter than llamas.

Leading is easy to teach because if you are fun to be with she will want to follow you. And if you have a little slice of apple in your pocket she will positively have to follow you. But go easy on treats. You don't want to make her nippy or pushy. Make sure she always respects your personal space. If she nips or butts or pushes or treads on your toes give her a good loud grumpy growl then praise her sweetly when she corrects herself.

Excellent advise!!!

Ok. So do I just keep up the the petting her and feeding her out of my hand. I'm going back tomarrow and I'm gunna try hand feeding and petting her a little more and I might see if the lady has a pen I could put her in while I'm working with her. That way the other 2 foals aren't a pester. I might see if the lady has a extra stall I could put her in, or a few Extra panels to make a sperate pen. But my question wasn't fully answerd., I know that walking and being haltered is in the futer but were not there., we just introduced petting and she just started sniffing me. She greeted me at the gate do I introduced the lead roge on the ground and then progressed to me moving it around. I didn't like how one of the other fillies was being traind. The girl grabbed a halter and rope and chased the foal down stuck it own her and started walking.

Just my opinion but yes keep petting on her, brushing her, hand feeding her and introducing the lead rope. You said she showed interest in the lead rope so u can go ahead and rub her down with the rope so she learns it doesn't hurt and then if you think she is taking that fine then u can drape it over her neck and back. When she just starts to ignore it then introduce the halter the same way. Hope that helps
