I agree that baby should wear the pumpkin hat. But, I think you need 3 witch hats, so you can have a coven. Doofydog looks remarkably at home in that thing.

The witch isn't scary enough, although doofydog would GLADY let me borrow the hat. She was so totally humiliated wearing it.
I tried this for a costume:

But it glows in the dark, and scared the bizzybody in the middle of the night and she attacked it and broke it. Good thing I wasn't wearing it at the time.
But maybe I shouldn't have hung it on the wall by her bed..
