Greetings. I think I got my second egg today (camera in the hen house), but I am worried about the heat. I am in Arizona and the coop temp is registering 115ºF. If she did lay, the egg has been there for about 2 hours in the heat of the coop. I'm at work and no one to check for eggs until my son gets home from school...ugh. How long can eggs stand this heat before going bad? Will the float test solve any worries of it being good or bad? Thanks... I am a chicken newbie. Appreciate your help!
