It's just out for today, there's not much shade there in the backyard. I have to move it when they're not looking because moving umbrellas freak them out!

I get that. I put up a tarp and they are crammed in the farthest sunniest corner away from it - or were. That corner now has shade. Ugh. I just love the look of umbrellas out in chicken and duck areas.

Awwww I love it! Thanks for sharing the video. Good to see how others are coping with the heat. It’s been a challenge keeping the ducks cool here - we served several rounds of frozen peacoladas today!

I love it.
It’s a heat wave here to. I have spent the last 2 days basically sitting by the creek while the ducklings swam, played and nibbled on stuff.

Unfortunately, yes. I'm hoping things calm down in the fall.
