We had a bug guy come out last year and bait/set traps for them. He put out some stuff that actually attracted them to it but once they take it back and feed their queen everyone and thing dies. They havent been back this year..

That really is wierd. Cool name, ants in the dishwasher, didn"t you say you have a Golden Retriever? Sounds like the planets are aligning.

Do you have chicken poop in your backyard too? It must mean something!
That reminds me...I'm sick of chicken poop on the deck, in the grass, on the sidewalk, on the porch, in the front, in the back, and mostly on the bottom of my shoes!!! I thought free ranging would be so quaint and country like. Kind of like little country yard ornaments walking around and adding to the charm of my country home and decor. I only have 8 chickens but they are like manure machines!!! Help!!! Are there only two choices: #1 Dust bowl chicken run or #2 Chicken poopy yard. (I know, I know ...they are only doing what comes natural.)
