House chicken pics...Dial Up Beware!

I didnt' know Polish love a belly scratch. I have Lola, a Polish who would be a wonderful house chicken, but not with a terrier.

Honestly, we have no children so all of our pets are our children! It probably soounds strange but we wouldn't know what to do without them!

Those photos are priceless.The g/f and I might have one for ourselves if the little one dont do well.We hatched out some RIR on 12/21/08 and the smallest one has problems walking,like one of its legs wont bend.G/f says that if it doesnt adapt real good to the outside and doesnt look like its going to be safe outside....well it comes back inside,....if it makes it that far.Please be a pullet....please be a pullet

AHA! Now i have the proof i need to show my grandfather to let my hen indoors. He said "If it can't lounge and watch football with me, then i can't be indoors." Oh have i proven him wrong...

My husband is telling our family that between the chicken coop & the cost of the 25 chickens, my first dozen will cost us around 2500.00 dollars!

Oh those comments are all true! I think everyone should have an indoor chicken, even if it is to just watch football with grandpa.

I try not to remember what we pay for things when it comes to the chickens, I don't want to know what it costs me for a dozen eggs.

And yes I have more pics of my chickens that I do my wedding!
