House FInch Eye Disease

I've noticed several house finches at my bird feeders with conjuctivitis. The bird feeders are close to my chicken yard. Should I be worried that the finches will transmit the disease to my chickens? If the chickens start to show symptoms of the disease what is the best medicine to give to them?
