Comet was about to reply, but seeing her walk off, he gave a sigh of relief. Come on, Comet! She's just a coyote! What possibly could go wrong? Well, you know...everything. Comet was genuinely terrified of Asio, and he hated it. He wanted to be in control. He wasn't scared of anything. Except for Asio. I'll just pretend that she's any normal coyote, not the type that's about to rip off my head, he thought hopefully, but he knew that would be a tough shot to make

I like how Comet behaves how anyone should around Asio, in dire fear of her, and then Lamar doesn’t seem to notice she’s a total psychopath and fears losing his shot with her.

I've got Wraith and Cody, but Cody's the pup healer so maybe that would make more sense. Maybe she starts hanging out with them and then stands between them and the coyotes when they show up?
