housing my turkeys

I got 6 babies and I was suppose to get a cute playhouse with electricty, which will take 5 guys and a borrowed truck 45 minutes away to get, so hubby says maybe not. We have a huge trailer with high wooden sides, huge latched door on end so if I cover the top and put roost in would it work for turkeys to live in. yes they will have a run too the 6ft high chain linked yard with netting on top.

yes you can keep them in the trailer.i see no reason why it wont work.be ready to clean their mess out every few days.

yes I know they are like bionic pooping machines.. the door swings wide open so it will be easy to rake out. thanks

You may want to add a small cover enclosure, or something with a roof to keep rain off them.

im going to put a wooden roof on it and after turkeys are done im going to fix it up fancy for chickens. we had decided to get the house but after guy said we could pick it up today at 3 he gave it away
