Hova 1588 temperature fluctuation

Well I am on my 3 or 4th hatch and I have 3 thermometer's in the incubator . The 1 that came that is measuring from the top then I have a digital with probe that sits below the eggs and the final scientific thermometer is sitting on the eggs. My problem is the temperature on the eggs remains about 36 to 37 celsius, I have already brought the temp up by more than 1 degree. I did have the door open slightly last night but just frustrated, my hatch rate has never been any better than 4 out of 21!

It could be your actual temperature is too low. Are you sure your other thermometers are accurate? The digital display could be off as well. Are you candling eggs at 7 days to check fertility?
