Hova Bator from GQF

Im not sure if I have this in the right place, but, has anyone ever ordered an incubator directly from GQF? If so, how was the customer service? I ordered one a week ago and have heard nothing at all. I even sent an email to customer service and still nothing.

I ordered from www.cutlersupply.com and had good service though the incubator was a day or two later getting here than I thought it would be (didn't matter as I was in no rush).
