I'm in GA and wanted to know if there's anywhere local that sells this incubator or do you recommend a different incubator. Just starting out. Rey

Haven't heard of a Hovabator-SP or am I misunderstanding the "SP" part? I have two Hovas and for the price they work well, for the most part. Both have fans, which to me, is a must. Mine are not preset like the 1588.

I bought my first Hovabator at Nelson's ACE hardware, which is also a farm type store in Blairsville, GA. Found the second one, an older but only-once-used model of Hova, at a yard sale and we added a fan to it.

Where are you in GA? Most feedstores seem to sell the Little Giant Still Air, which is not worth the money, IMO.

sp was spelling:) Just wasn't sure.

We're in Cedartown, just South of Rome, GA. We're just getting started but want to find the best incubator for the money as well as for starters. Thanks

Hi Rey, try googling GQF- it's the Hovabator manufacturer, I think they're in Savannah.

Oh, geez, the SP didn't click! LOL. Okay, yes GQF is in Savannah and most farm stores will have a bator or two, but they may be the LG rather than the Hova. I like the Hova since it has a larger interior (taller, so the chicks can't get their little heads up to the fan).
