Help! Yellow diarrhea, hen very sick

Thank you all for the replies. No, she never had yellow poop before the sulfa drugs. She laid her last egg on Monday. That's the day when she started her last round of sulfa drugs. I'm sorry, I just checked on her and she's not doing well, I'm very worried about her.

Unfortunately she just passed away. We gave her water and electrolytes every 2 hours the whole night, but she became weaker and weaker.
It's heart wrenching.

I’m sorry for your loss. If you would like to send her body to the state vet for a necropsy on Monday to find a diagnosis, the body could be kept cold on ice in a cooler wrapped in plastic bags. Some people do home necropsies as well to see if something looks obvious. You can post pictures of the abdominal organs if you would like any opinions.

If she had a common reproductive disorder, those may show up. Salpingitis and coelomitis/egg yolk peritonitis are common causes of death in hens.
