Ya, Im forcing myself . And yes, Im not swishing as long as I should but tears run down my face each time!

Hopefully it will get easier each time. They gave me a mouthwash after my extractions that burned like fire, too ... i was supposed to swish for 30 seconds and it was like torture the first few days and never was fun, but I did it.

those white bumps scraped off yesterday. Just left raw spots all through my mouth
