Hopefully it will get easier each time. They gave me a mouthwash after my extractions that burned like fire, too ... i was supposed to swish for 30 seconds and it was like torture the first few days and never was fun, but I did it.

It's back out to shoveling snow again.

It'sa very heavy snow and I left the dogs out to potty. The snow clung to them and they came in as snow balls. It took awhile to get all that snow off then and dry them up

@Granny Hatchet, hope you are feeling better this morning. I know this is tough going. Try to think of it like having a baby. Remember when you were having Robert and the nurses told you it was time to push and you said 'but it hurts to push?' I remember telling women at that point that they had to push through the pain. That's kinda what you have to do now. Rinse through the pain. The fact that the white spots are peeling off tells me the rinse is doing it's job. I know you will stick with it and dear lady wish we could be there to support you and wipe away those tears for you. You will get through this.
@BigBlueHen53. So happy for your boy scoring the job. He's a good kid. Not many young people want to work these days. They want the paycheck but they don't want to work for it. Or necessarily even show up dependably to work. That was a common complaint that we heard from local business owners where DH had his practice. So him going out and getting a job for himself is really admirable. He will grow into a responsible man. Pls give him a hug for me.
Just make sure he comes home with 10 fingers every day!
