I am haveing trouble with my hovabators temp varying at least 3 deg. if not more, its in a stable room temp. & started doing this all of the sudden, I changed wafers to see if thats it but I dont think so, it has a pc fan in it, & was doing pretty good untill now, luckly I dont have eggs in it right now. its a very older mod. I think a 1602n, whats your sugestion.

Check your thermometer first thing. I threw out a whole batch of eggs because the thermometer told me the temp had jumped to 108 while I was gone for the day. Turns out it was just the thermometer gone bad. If its the incubator you could try cleaning the fan and other components.
