hovabator 1583, no instructions

Hi, Ive just checked out a hovabator 1583 from our local 4-H extension office. There is not an operating manual with it. Can anyone help me out?

Otherwise the basics are simple. Take the temp from on top of the eggs not the wire or elsewhere in the incubator. You want 100F and adjust it by turning the little screw. Fill the middle section of the tray with water for the first 18 days and then fill the next section as well for the last few days. If too much water appears on the window during hatching start removing vent plugs.
