I saw this on Ebay and thought it was a good buy. It is NOT my listing. I prefer the model with the fan, but all you would have to do is to install a cheap computer fan and you would save about $100.00 because it includes the $40.00 turner.

Hey Gator, something about that ad smells fishy to me. Since October 2008, ebay has not allowed transactions paid by cash, check or Money Order. Electronic only.

And that's not a picture of the actual incubator either. Brand new seller, first listing.

It also says no PayPal at this time, but in the payment tab, which IS monitored by ebay, it says PayPal is the only form of payment accepted.


Sorry, but I wouldn't touch it. I used to sell on ebay a lot, but this one feels wrong.

You may be right...I really didn't look that far because I'm not in the market. It came up in my search because I was looking at "silkie eggs".

I buy and sell a lot on Ebay too. You're right...you are required to use paypal. If it's a new seller, they probably don't know that.

PayPal is very convenient, but I don't sell as much on Ebay since the new policy went into effect. I had paypal take $$ out of my account because the buyer said ,"not as described"...which was total BS. It was just buyers remorse. At any rate...I filed a claim with the BBB in California and PayPal returned my $$ to me.

I try really hard to avoid ebay now.
