So impatient.... no pips yet probably be a few days late had some temp issues, but 8/9 developed and 7 of those I can see movement and or a pulse so fingers crossed hope they hurry up cause momma seems like she's giving up on the nest, but if she does how am I gonna slip them under her... ?

Most likely you won't have to do anything but introduce them to her. But I'd give the goslings a few days to get their legs under them, that way they can get out of them way and not get stepped on as easily. i waited 3 weeks other wait 2 weeks you'll just have to play it by ear and see how she and the gander react. Most likely it will be love at first sight.

She laid two more eggs as her first one pipped and hatched... Now what to do.... guess I'll wait and see how many she lays while we hope some siblings hatch

I was also thinking girl =) she looks just like her mother did last June =) her gray patch might be a bit bigger. Time to check for more pips =)

What happened? non breakable mirror, stuffed animal or feather duster all work pretty good with goslings. I'd be a little worried about keep it in with the chicks they have such sharp beaks they could put a hurtin on it.
