Well, the definite cockerel looks to have some color leakage in his hackles, which is no good and really makes it so he shouldn't be bred unless you are prepared to keep only a cockerel with no leakage from your first generation and cull all the rest including any pullets you hatch, because hens will inherit and carry leakage without displaying it so by breeding him you're setting yourself up to have a ton of leaky birds unless you do that.
And the 'pullet' is striking me as a cockerel as well. It's hard to make out since the pictures are so small, but something about that bird is saying cockerel to me.
