Cholesterol is a genetic problem more than a food problem. Many folks eat several eggs each day and have fabulous cholesterol. All parts of the egg are nutritious, especially the yolk. Heck, it's the only part that has any flavor!
how bad for you are the yolks?

the lecithin in the white counteracts the chlorestrol in the yolk. That chlor. is all just a big money making hype anyway.
