I would vote roo. Those legs are indeed sturdy. I THINK it is getting hackle/saddle feathers, just starting. No expert here, either. Besides it looks just like my EE roo did. He was pretty antisocial, too.

If it were mine, though, I'd keep it for that sweet boy. But then I can; maybe you can't.
