how big are your pvc feeders?

Yes, Lowes is a perfect place because of selection and price. I haven't had any problem with mold at all, but mine aren't all that big so they get used up fairly quickly. If I had it to do all over again, I would build the design that Schwartzfarmnc posted instead of my L-shape and I would use 4" pipe instead of 3". But really you could just throw the food on the ground and let them peck and scratch away at it, it's the PVC/ nipple watering that is the most important in my opinion.

Why use a different design? I am planing on doing a similar "L" shape as yours. Is there an issue that you are having?
Thanks
