How big do Sapphire Splash roosters get?

So we have a 3 month old Sapphire splash cockerel and he is pretty tall, almost as big as our full grown Polish rooster. This made me wonder, how big is he going to get when he is fully mature? He hasn't even started crowing yet.

I looked at Hoover's website, and it says Sapphire Splash males get to 7 pounds, and Polish males get to 5 pounds.

Of course weight doesn't tell how tall he'll be, but it is one way of comparing sizes.
