How big of a nest box for a light brahma???

I have light brahmas which are the bigger of the chicken breeds, I also have red sex links which are on the smaller end of the standard size range... How big should the nest box be? I'm building it myself and I want it to be cozy and comfy for the hens. These are my pets so money is not something I really care about at all. They are getting the best of the best!

I usually make mine 12x12, but for bigger birds you can up it to 14 or 16. I have a light brahma sitting in a 12x12 right now with a silky. They are crammed in like sardines but seem to like it. I have 6 other boxes in there, but they insist on being together in that one.
