I agree, my coop is 10' x 12' or 120 s.f. With two 12' long roosts, I'm not much worried 'bout the chicken math of 3'-4' sq. ft. per bird. They go in to sleep and poop at night. They haul a** in the morning outside as soon as the door goes up. We have 30 girls, and they all sleep on their roost at night, bigger girls on top roost and younger ones on bottom. Poop trays under both to make clean up easy and keep anyone from getting pooped on. Works great for us.
