How bright is TOO bright for a candling light?

I have an Incu bright light for candling that puts out 250 lumens, it's pretty good but my BCM eggs are hard to see. If I were to use something that puts out 1000 lumens, would this be detrimental to the chick? Could their eyeballs be damaged?

Have no fear. No harm will be done.
My temptation is of course to crack a silly joke, but I don't know you, so I do answer your concern genuinely. :)
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,, :thumbsup

Nope. Crank up that floodlight!
