How broody are these breeds?

Next year I'm hatching my first eggs! I want to do it under a broody hen, so on a scale from 1-10 how broody are these breeds?

Buff orpingtons
Buff Plymouth rocks
Easter eggers
GLW
and Sex linked

BO GLW are your best bets - the EE and SL are the least likely to go broody (it happens, but they are not commonly thought of as broody types) - no experience with the BPR.

Buff Orps are a more broody breed overall, then glw, then Rocks, then EE then sex links.

That said, it's just up to each hen to go broody or not. Folks here have Leghorns, the least broody of pretty much any breed on earth, hatch out chicks.

I have three hatchery barred Rocks, each probably 3 years old, decide to go broody this year. Never, ever been even remotely interested until this year, now I've got broodies coming out my ears
