how can I get my temp to rise in my homade incubator

I made a new homeade icubator I have a fan in it. But it seems it wont go more then 95 degrees Fahrenheit. And my humidity is 53% any ideas on how to get more heat

Explain how its built... heat source and thermostat? Fan? I just built one out of a mini fridge. I had to move stuff around a bit to get everything perfect.
