How can I help this chick?

This chick hatched out on 6/18 and has been like this since.
I left it in the incubator to see if the humidity would help with the shell but it's still dried stuck on the chick.
Any help would be appreciated!

Poor baby
I’ve not experienced something like that.... but I’d probably try a warm wet- ish washcloth in a steamy hot bathroom (run the shower for a few to get it really warm). You don’t want the baby to get chilled from being wet :/
Use the washcloth like a compress then gently try to work the pieces loose.
And put it back in the bator to dry if you can.
Hopefully there will be more ideas!
....is the leg also deformed, or was that just a funny position with it on your hand?

Just the way it sat in my hand. I checked it right after I reviewed the photos and saw it as well

Update!
That helped a lot with removing everything. It's currently in the incubator moving around with the other chick I left in there with it
