Is the temperature of the room stable? How much is the temp in the bator fluctuating? have you tried heat sinks (water bottles or clean rocks)? Can you add an old pc fan? Can you try adding weatherstripping between the top and bottom halves?

I had a terrible time getting my LG still air to stabilize and this is what worked for me: closing off the ventilation holes (red plugs) and placing a weight on it that covers both windows (a flat cast iron griddle). Now temp as well as humidity hardly budge, only when I got in there to candle the other day. I plan on getting a fan to convert it to a forced air for future hatches. So far, my egg development is 20 out of 22 Brahmas which I candled on day 6. I imaging weatherstripping would help, but I'm not sure how easy it is to get in and out of the incubator with sealant like that. It seems you might have to replace it from time to time? Maybe some enlightenment into that would help.
