How can i make a brooder

I am hatching eggs soon for science and am going to bring in a few to class. how can i make a portable brooder. Im thinking about using a dog cage or something and a lightbulb. What do you think

Hello yes It can be quite simple for just using a cardboard box or as you say a dog crate with a lamp which bends over into the box and a feed and water container as you know hope this helps

won't it get too hot if its in a confined space?
