You only need one nest box, more than one and they might fight over a favorite one. How much room is on the left side? The roost looks good.

You're probably going to want more ventilation, not so much for heat but for winter, so you don't get moisture build up. 4 sq ft at least, preferably more. Don't worry about the cold, unless you're up in the mountains it doesn't get cold enough for that to be an issue.

That would make a good nest box plenty deep and plenty wide. If you don't want them to roost on top of the nest box just put a piece of wood on a 45° above the nest box. If you can open a door and check and clean from the outside that would be best for you.
