how can you tell if a pigeon is a roller or homer??

rollers flip or roll in flight, homers dont, other than that I dont know

yeh but i put an add on craigslist thinking that my pigeons where rollers and 2 people said they where homers so i changer my post to homers in stead of rollers

what you dont know what you have rollers are much smaller and homers are bigger do you have pics I been raising rollers and homers for many years before I got into seramas post some pics and I can tell you have you have

Homers have long stout beaks and their heads tend to not be to high or round. Rollers would have small thin beaks and very round foreheads. Plus rollers have shorter legs. Homers "atheletic" rollers "pretty".

When my brother had pigeons we called them Tumblers. Cuz they tumbled when flying. Very cool to watch.
