How can you tell if an Easter Egger is a Rooster

Solid color EE's can be a bit tricky. However, if you have the more common colored ones, you can usually have a good idea of the gender by color. As said above, males will be blotchy and colored more randomly. Red on the wings is a good sign of a male. Females are more evenly colored, and many have a salmon colored breast.
Mine is 2 months old and is starting to get a single comb so is that a female?

I have an EE cockerel with salmon breast, not entirely accurate for EEs.

@MysteryChicken Cookie is very handsome!

@Mrs. K How about this cutie? Im starting to wonder if its a roo. Some breeds of chicken its super obvious, but its my first time with this style of comb. 5-6 weeks old. I got them at tractor supply June 18th. Fully feathered already! Only one with a red comb. My first time with easter eggers

With the redness, & size of that comb, it's a cockerel.

I tend to agree, the red on the shoulders is also a sign. And to me, the head and neck are a bit thicker than a pullet. In my years of experience, if I ever say to myself, "wait? is that a roo?" Even if I am at the time unsure...it generally is.

But I will admit, once, I had a BA that I missed entirely...until he crowed. This determining roosters early on...is a practice, not a science for me.

So... Im new to the whole chicken raising scene, and I happen to have two 11 week Easter eggers too, but I would like to know if one of them is a Roo.

The first one I have is a brownish-black and yellowish one that I call Boople. I'm pretty sure Boople is a hen, because she has a small comb growth right now, and is pretty docile.

But then there's Snoot. Snoot is another brownish-black chicken, but they have red coloring on their head, and a really red comb. Snoot was also pretty mean to some seven week old baby Wyandottes when I tried to introduce them.

As I said before, I'm new to chickens, so it is possible Snoot might just be an aggressive pullet, but I would rather ask some more experienced chicken owners first.
