how cold can fertile forming eggs get???

have a hen sitting on 8 eggs, got home today and she was off and making a calling noise. she had obviously been off for a fair while as the eggs were cold to touch. I put them in the incubator in case there is hope. the air temp is about 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit. do you think there is any hope or not. we were up to day 13.
