I set them late at night on the 14th of of April. Nothing is happening yet. They were all alive when I went into lockdown. Nothing significant happened during lockdown temp. or humidity wise. Where are they? How common is it to go past 21 days?

'Day one' is the day AFTER you set the eggs

& to answer your question, it's very common. It's totally normal to have hatches on day 22.

If your temp. was a tad to low only for a little bit at some point during incubation, it
could cause chicks to hatch late. Don't worry

I wouldn't count from the 14th since you set them late,...I'd go from the 15th. Then that makes tommorow day 21,....be patient.
