How deep?

For sand on the floor of the coop, how deep should it be?

Oh... about 3 or 4 inches. Many do 6"

how many pounds would you say one square foot would be of sand that's six inches deep? Lol sorry if you can't answer

That'd be 6 cubic ft, which is about 60# (quikcrete claims their 60# bags are 7 cubic feet, don't know if I believe them) but that was the fastest I could find the info.
