How did I get so many chickens???

I was doomed from the start!

I went to collect four, which was all I wanted, but was given ten! What's a boy to do??!

Then I started browsing this forum and things deteriorated quickly...

Pretty soon I had to have four more species (two of each, of course!) and then another.....and then....

I have even been getting therapy from my Alpha roo...

i started of with 2 ex battery hens, now i dont even know how many ive got!

As longs as everybody is classified its ok! I have the eating egg layers, the breeders, the extras (IE...stew roo's), the ones I'm growing out for Aunt & Uncle while they build their coop, the ones I'm selling......

As for an actual number....I started with 3 guineas and now I have around 35 chicken/ducks/guineas/buttons plus a really FULL bator!

Although DH would like to know why when I lose one (for whatever reason) I always replace it with 2?

I just started last November, starting with 2 chickens and it progressed as so:
2 - 9 - 10 - 12 - 36

So as you can see, I'm chicken crazy
